Where are you based; do you have a storefront? Where are the pieces made?

We are based in Jersey City, New Jersey and offer a walk-in partywear store for Men, Women, and Children. Our Bridal Studio is available by appointment only. You can schedule your appointment here. Our clothes are all made in India by the best of artisans and craftsmen.

Do you take returns and exchanges?

Pre-ordered (made-to-order) clothing is not eligible for returns or exchanges. Ready to ship items below $1500 may be returned unless stated as final sale. For more information, please refer to our Returns & Exchanges policy.

How long will it take for my purchase to arrive?

Please check the product pages for exact delivery dates. Ready-to-ship pieces ship in 1-2 business days from New Jersey and India.

Can I customize my order?

Can I customize the cut, color, and measurements of pre-order pieces that cost less than $1500? Yes! We can usually accommodate these requests. To get started, please email sunandakumarstudio@gmail.com. It’s important to be aware that the hand-made nature of the garment may cause slight differences in the embroidery color, beads, or tassels from what is shown.

Where are the items shipped from? What are the shipping fees?

Orders that are ready-to-ship are sent out from either New Jersey or India. Meanwhile, pre-order items originate from our Delhi offices.

Do you ship internationally? Will I have to pay duties?

Yes, customs and duty fees are the customer's responsibility. For made-to-order orders over $850, import fees may also apply. The shipping provider may also charge duties and taxes when delivering your order. You will need to pay these to receive your order. If you have any queries about the duty fee, contact your local customs office.

If I’m not sure what size to order, how can I ensure the best fit?

It’s a good idea to choose a size larger than what you would usually wear so that you can get it tailored if needed. We also leave extra fabric to permit alterations. If the item allows for custom measurements, you can select “Customize” on the product page and put in your measurements.

I changed my mind, can I cancel my order?

We allow 24 hours from order time to cancel your order. After that, we are not able to cancel the order. To do so, please email sunandakumarstudio@gmail.com.

Are the colors of products shown on the website accurate?

Due to the handmade nature of the garments, the color of the fabric, dyes, prints, or embroideries may not be exactly as it appears, even though we do our best to show it accurately.
